WRKUSRJOB QNOTES

When WRKDOMSVR shows all servers are down, including the subsystem itself 
and yet you still see active jobs underneath WRKUSRJOB QNOTES, what gives? 
 Based on the joblog I suspect some sort of Management Central performance 
monitor.
Should I kill this job prior to any Domino, Trend, and related upgrades?
