You've already checked to see if these users have encrypted messages, 
right?  I believe that if you pushed them over to new ID files, they would 
be unable to read their old encrypted messages...

Thank you.  I had that.  I think I've determined part of the problem.  You 

know how, as administrators, we can open other people's mail files?  And, 
if we send a memo while we are in there, it will put in the To address

Well, as part of the divestiture, I created these people on their new 
server, in their new domain.  As part of the registration process it 
created new mail files.  Then here's where I started to muddy the waters. 
I deleted these new files.  Then I replicated over their email files from 
the old server / old domain.  So, now when they send email it says
Laurie Haas/DEKKO
sent by Laurie Haas/PVC
And I think that is part of the confusion.  Where do I change the 
properties of the email file from Laurie Haas/DEKKO to Laurie Haas/PVC?
