You've already checked to see if these users have encrypted messages, right? I believe that if you pushed them over to new ID files, they would be unable to read their old encrypted messages... I had that. I think I've determined part of the problem. You know how, as administrators, we can open other people's mail files? And, if we send a memo while we are in there, it will put in the To address Joe Blow/DOMAIN sent by Peter Rabbit ? Well, as part of the divestiture, I created these people on their new server, in their new domain. As part of the registration process it created new mail files. Then here's where I started to muddy the waters. I deleted these new files. Then I replicated over their email files from the old server / old domain. So, now when they send email it says Laurie Haas/DEKKO sent by Laurie Haas/PVC And I think that is part of the confusion. Where do I change the properties of the email file from Laurie Haas/DEKKO to Laurie Haas/PVC? Rob Berendt
