I believe this is defined by your Global Domain doc.

Basic Tab for Global Domain Name if SMTP is in the same domain of the mail 
servers
Then under Conversions you put in your pvccomputers.com for Local primary 
Internet domain

I am sure it is some transitional thing I screwed up in trying to create a 

new domino domain and moving people over to it.
Old Domain = DEKKO
New Domain = PVC
Old person address:  Harriet Fansler/DEKKO
Old email address:  harriet@xxxxxxxxx
New person address Harriet Fansler/PVC
New email address:  harriet@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

What I get as an email address if I click on Reply to:
Harriet_Fansler/DEKKO.PVC@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
In case the list mail screws it up it is
Harriet underscore Fansler slash DEKKO dot PVC at pvccompounders.com
