Having nothing to do with the previous discussion of the time change in Indiana (I'm in Ohio but can see Indiana from here), but having been burned by the time change messing up Domino, I offer the following report. As of 6.5.4 FP3 and later, the time change problem is supposedly resolved (http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=203&uid=swg21224799) so I decided to let my 6.5.4 FP3 V5R3 test server run through the time change without ending it. By that I mean that V5R3 is configured to automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time and changed the time from 1:59am to 3am last Sunday morning. In the past I've seen Domino bog down to an unusable speed, and have made it a point to end the server when doing large time changes. This time Domino survived just fine, except for the HTTP process. Actually, SHTTP sites stopped responding, while the unsecured HTTP pages were still served properly. I tried to end the HTTP task, but when it would not end (thusly killing the unsecured web sites as well), I had to end the whole server *IMMED.
