Attn: Non Hoosiers

Can any of you non Hoosiers tell me that on my XP's time settings that if 
I select a time zone, then there's no need to set use DST because that 
timezone has it implied?  Please double click on your system time in the 
tray in the bottom right of your screen.  Select the timezone tab.  If you 
are in a time zone that normally uses DST are you also saying 
"Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes"?  Or is that 
just implied?
