FP3 or 7.0.1

All, just wondering if I should upgrade to 6.5.4 FP3 or just go to 7.0.1.
What is the consensus with 7.0.1 so far? has anyone upgraded to it yet?
what are the downfalls (if any) and what are the advantages? Or should I go
to 6.5.4 FP3 for now and wait for 7.0.2? Any input will be greatly
appreciated.
