Just a reminder,.... V5R3 uses about 5% more main storage than V5R2. If you are at all memory constrained ... Disk i/o will increase. High disk utilization rates usually mean higher i/o rates....... Watch your I/O guidelines for the controllers/disks in your system. Yes we should try to stay below that mark when possible.
