A quick follow-up to my previous post: Based on the help text I copied from the AS/400, it might sound like I might be recommending decreasing the buffer size. You might want to try it both ways. Decreasing it will slow down the data transfer. Increasing it will allow more of the individual e-mail messages to be received. Note that this is not the buffer size for the entire system, but for each TCP conversation, so be careful with really large numbers. Either way, the problem is probably on the receivers end, processing the buffers. Larger buffers might just mask the problem.
