I found them to be pretty comparable, so I would base the decision on the specific sessions that you are most interested in. (If possible, factor in the actual scheduling of the sessions so you can figure out which ones you can actually attend due to conflicts, etc.). I think most people prefer COMMON from what I read, but the sessions i've had have been mostly good at each (I usually find myself in one dud, regardless...).
