Steve, you will need to order the Sametime 7.0 installation files as well. You will want to create a new Domino partition (subsystem) and run Sametime on that Server. The documentation that comes with your Sametime software should provide good enough instructions for setting up Sametime. I'm going to post shortly on my Domino 7 upgrade experience...
