question for Java pgmrs out there

v6.5.4 client & server  v5r3 iSeries

I have a Java agent in a DB that reads an iSeries file using JDBC(JTOpen)
and updates Domino documents accordingly.  I've done this several times on
several different systems and it works great(usually).  With this one
agent, I'm getting the "error cleaning up agent threads" message which
ultimately prevents the server from shutting down when it comes time to
shutdown for backups.

I've reviewed the code and believe I have the necessary recycle() methods
in place where they need to be.  I searched the IBM/Domino tech support
site and found this nice

 that describes how to identify threads that have started but not shut
down.  I added this troubleshooting code to my Java agent and have some
output which seems to indicate there are two threads that were started but
not shut down.  My question is how to interpret the output from this
troubleshooting algorithm.  Here is the output:

Dump the current threadgroup:
ThreadGroup UTG: importData, objid = 1055181066
  subgroups  = 0
  total threads = 2

Thread Name, ThreadID, ThreadGroup
AgentThread: importData, 1047120138, UTG: importData
AS400 Read Daemon-1, 1047202058, UTG: importData

The agents name is importData.  I assume the last two lines point out what
I should be looking at but I don't know what they mean -- anyone have any
suggestions  ???
