I have only had one customer problem with Shared mail since 4.6. That was caused by administrative error. What I want to know is does anyone else use shared mail? how is it working for you? are there any downfalls? It seems like a total no brainer, but I have been burned before when I thought that. Please let me know if it is working great with no problems, or if it is an administration nightmare.
