Gerald, Of all the good suggestions that people have offered so far, my preference is not to use any of them (for use by the general public, anyway). I always encourage clients to create web-based submission forms. These can be either simple ones that just mail the form in (to an un-discoverable e-mail address), or write directly to a database that in turn sends notifications to a group. The aforementioned database could also track responses or anything else that Domino can do, including providing a web link where the sender can check on their submission (if the application warrants!). This may all be a bit difficult if you don't have (or want) to expose a Domino web server to the public, but all the spam could very well make the e-mail box worthless. Heck, I still get people soliciting us on our web pages, but at least they are personalized solicitations and not mass-mailed ones. Quick and dirty is not always the best way. ==================================== Tom Kreimer Information Alternatives Is there a way in R6.5.1 to set up a single email address that would accept email from the internet and route it to multple Notes users within our orgainzation? Preferably without using additional client licenses? For example, if we wanted to post an ad from HR on the internet and provided a reply email address, I would like to be able to route any responses to say three or four recipients, all of which would be notes clients. Thanks in advance.
