I have used both the group, and the mail in database. They both have their place. The mail in database is nice if you'd like to have a central database of what needs to be processed. Also it cuts down on the flood of large attachments going to several people. Lastly, you can tailor the notification agents. Like, if "Susie" normally handles it "Fred" may get in the habit of ignoring these emails. However, if you got really creative, you could notify "Susie" and if the document is still in the Inbox sometime later, notify "Fred". Like escalations. Using the group instead takes 5 minutes less to set up, and, due to the lack of flexibility, is less complicated. Rob Berendt
