× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

With their ID in your possession (floppy, hard drive, shared drive), open
the Admin client and go to the People/Groups tab. Click on
Tools/People/Recertify. Be sure to have access to the certifier that
registered the user.

Then simply follow the prompts.
