× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Besides, bouncing Domino wouldn't tell you squat.  What would do it is:
- IPL and then start Domino and see if ldap is locked already by something 
else again.
- ENDTCP, wait, STRTCP, then start Domino and see if ldap is locked 
already by something else again.

Basically, unless you told it otherwise a particular service may 
automatically start when TCP starts.
