Since I'm not the one that did the upgrade and it's been well over a year
since I did one, I wasn't sure exactly where that prompt came up -- during
install, or during configuration. All I know is that the guy that did the
work reported back to me that there was only one place where he needed to
make a choice during the upgrade.

I believe there is no difference in the code loaded or configured on the
iSeries when choosing what type of server you're configuring. It should
be OK to just reconfigure the server.

Enterprise server vs. Messaging server
If an upgrade was performed on an Enterprise server and the option to
install a Messaging server (instead of the Enterprise server) was
selected,
what is necessary to make it an Enterprise server again? Will we have to
uninstall the server and re-install? Or is this just a matter of
re-configuring the server? We are (finally!) on 6.5.4.
