Hi, We had need to copy a users received mail into another users inbox. We did this by using the Domino Administrator, entering Admin mode, opening the users mail file and then setting up a rule that said "send all User A mail to User B". This need has now stopped and I have removed the rule but the mail keeps being sent to User B. Forwarding is not being used in the person document. We are running Domino 653. User A has standard mail template 651 and has been setup as a POP user. User B has standard mail template and setup as a Lotus Notes user. The server has been ended and restarted.
