Or you could also run the command "Load Compact" on the server's console
....
But take care about the hour at which you run this command cause it will
consume ressources on your server...
So after users has leave their office seems to be a good time !

Check in the Admin Help about setting up a "program document". You can run
fixup, updall, compact, or other tasks this way.
