We have issues with our T-1 sites, but they are not that bad. There are a couple of things you can check that were introduced in ND6 (if I remember correctly). On all the clients, make sure that their TCP port in Notes is set to compress network data. If you can see my attached screenshot, I make sure that only the TCPIP port is enabled and that it's compressed. Also, when you close the mail file and open it back do you experience the same thing - or is it just the first time that it's opened? Anyone else?
