New CASE - Error occurred on Domino server QUALITY. -- DOMINO400

Domino = 6.0.3
Scan Mail for Lotus Notes = 2.6SP1 with fix packs:  1557, 1584


My Domino server QUALITY automatically bounced.
In DSPMSG QSYSOPR I noticed the following:

Message . . . . :   Error occurred on Domino server QUALITY.  
Cause . . . . . :   The Domino server job TMMSCAN/QNOTES/142836 has  
  encountered an unexpected error condition.  
Recovery  . . . :   The Domino server will attempt to restart. Check the  
  status of the server jobs and restart the server if necessary.  
Technical description . . . . . . . . :   A fault condition has been 
detected
  on Domino server QUALITY. Examine the Domino server's data directory for 
 
  Notes Server Diagnostic (NSD) files which may aid in problem 
determination 
  and recovery.
