Chris, You are right, I forgot that the rules are server based, the mails shows up in my regular in box, not the folder I want them in. Notes is a regular client to the Domino server on the 400 and a POP client to my other mail account on another server, Apache I think. Moving them to another file is not a big deal, but would clean things up a bit. Any ideas would be appreciated. Remember that your mail rules are server-based and are performed as mail arrives in your mail file on the server. Using rules in the client won't work in a POP setting (at least they didn't work in the past...)
