I performed a migration from a model 720 V5R1 to a model 810 with V5R2. Domino and Tivoli Storage Manager commands (might have been some others) were missing from QSYS. I ended up upgrading the 720 to V5R2 then restored the entire system to the 810. No more missing commands in QSYS. Hope this helps and good luck!
