iNotes is an Internet interface for your mail file that uses DHTML and such
to give you a slicker interface than the previously available webmail
interface. I haven't looked at EveryPlace in so long I can't remember what
exactly it is supposed to do -- I'm thinkintg it is an interface to link
your Domino server to mobile devices.
Assuming you are running version 5.0.8 or later of the Domino server, you
should have a mail template available to you that includes the iNotes
interface. If that is the case and your Domino server is hosting http, you
need to be using that template in the mail file to use iNotes with that
file. If you are using a browser that is not supported by iNotes, it will
default back to the old webmail interface.
I don't know if there is a manual for iNotes, per se, other than the
standard administrator help since it is a feature of the basic install now
rather than something that has to be installed separately. A little
configuration may be necessary, yes, but not really a new installation.
When we upgraded our iSeries-based Domino to 5.0.8, all I had to do was
replace the mail file design and assign internet passwords and we were on
our way. Obviously, there could be other considerations, but that's the
basics.
Does that help?

What is the difference between Domino iNotes and Domino Everyplace?
How does one install and set up Domino iNotes? Anyone have a link to the
right manual?
