What is the version of IE? You should get an error message, but this could
possibly be the problem.

Can you log into the old webmail version?

An example URL would be:

http://server.url/mail/filename.nsf/?OpenDatabase&ui=webmail

Re: INotes Problems

I've seen a similar message on iNotes sporadically on various machines
that had something to do with the cache. Clearing the internet cache
resolved the issue in most cases -- there is one PC here though still
cannot use iNotes. Whether this applies to your situation with TS I'm not

sure...

Bob

Well, then it sounds like authentication is the issue. Here's where I
have
to step aside, however. Hopefully, one of the other list denizens can
take
it from here.

Good luck,

Patrick

Thanks for your help. Yes I can open the start/default page of the server
without going into mail.nsf and I can then get into the help
databases,etc.
