Doug: Without knowing the e-mail product, I would say that yes, this is your issue. The Domino server IS checking the mail, but because they all come from the same IP Address, the Blacklist is worthless to you. Can you do any checking at the firewall? If so, use that. If not, you may want to look at setting some Server Mail rules. That is not going to be a fun task, and will probably eat up a lot of your time, but it can be effective. HTH. Gregg
