Yes, 6.5 version of Domino server includes support for DNS Blacklists.
Look in the Server Configuration document under the Router/SMTP tab --
Restrictions and Controls -- SMTP Inbound Controls, DNS Blacklist Filters
section.  We have the following DNSBL sites listed:  list.dsbl.org;
sbl.spamhaus.org; bl.spamcop.net, you can select whether to log the mail,
flag and log, or log and reject the mail.  We've elected to not reject the
mail, but flag it.  We've created a view called Spam in the mail files that
contain all flagged mail -- up to the users then what they want to do with
it.
