As I recall, if partitioning was not installed originally, it was as simple as running through the install process a second time and selecting the options you want to add. It does not cause you to have to recreate or rebuild what you have now. We have run a CL which ends the server, does CHGDOMSVR SERVER(dom-server-name) ADVSRV(*PARTITION), and restarts the server. The CL dies with an error code (which I don't remember) on the CHGDOMSVR command. We will be running this CL again tonight and I will post the error code tomorrow.
