And who is going to evaluate each of the several thousand emails that are 
blocked?  That's when we quickly turned off the log only and jumped in.

Rob I agree,

The agent is overhead but I was thinking it might be good to push the 
blacklist email into another folder or database until we can 
evaluate/verify/certify any new blacklist companies we use.  This would 
give us a chance to check the accuracy of the blacklist company.  If we 
simply reject everything on the blacklist we may never know the true 
quality of the blacklist.
