There are a few specific fixes for the iSeries listed at the site above, 
and there are also general fixes for all server platforms that include the 
potential DoS attack issue that is related to the security alert you 
mentioned.
 
Hope your recovery goes well, and let me know if the above link doesn't 
give you the information you need. I believe it should cover everything.
