Running R5.06 to R5.11 clients. Clients are setup properly to archive. If archiving by "Archive selected document" process works properly. If archiving by dragging and droping on the Archive icon the process appears to work - after a few seconds the source file dissapears from server mail file and the Archive log records the event but when you go to "Link to archived document" in the log there are no document links for drag/drop files (there are for "selected documents" process). Advised personnel not to use drag/drop method but since it works for some people, some of the time then some body tries it and the documents are lost. Since we finally started enforcing quotas I am seeing this more often. Anyone seen this before?
