On OS/400 R450 or later use the command CHGPOPA MSGSPLIT(*NOMAX)

Rob,

FYI,

I found out how.

You create a DTAARA: CRTDTAARA  DTAARA(QUSRSYS/QTMSNOSPLT)  TYPE(*CHAR)

End and start SMTP on the AS/400.

I also ended and started MSF and Domino Router

And now it works

BTW, we are using MTA not Native Domino SMTP
