This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] We've been using the QtmmSendMail API wrapped up in Dave Leland's SNDEMAIL command for quite a long time and have been happy with it. This last weekend we put on cume's, hiper's, etc on. Now when we execute the following command: SNDEMAIL ADDRESSEE((GOODADDRESS@DEKKO.COM) (BADADDRESS@DEKKO.COM)) SENDER(INVALIDADDRESS@DEKKO.COM) SUBJECT(TEST) MESSAGE('This is a test') The mail will successfully arrive at the good address. However the log.nsf, mail routing events, will have multiple entries in there for attempts to send back to the sender, and the sender is bad. Infinite loop. On a 12way each processor is 8.333% of cpu. The ROUTER job on this Domino partition is eating 17% of cpu. And the log.nsf is growing by 2GB/day! I have an incident (1491570) opened on this. However I need to let them know I can duplicate this loop and how. I wish the passport advantage web site was up enough that I could type this little tidbit in but the sucker's been down now for a few days. :-( http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/nation/contact/hotline_info.html Rob Berendt -- "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
