Hi all, we have Domino on a AS/400 with V5R1. Domino V5.0.8.01. I must archive all Mailfiles in directory mail/ to the same server in directory archive/ (because the archive must run automatical and must be replicable for the notebook user) To archive the mailfiles, i login with the users id and fit the archive settings. By 80 % of the users the starting position is: marked Archive all documents not read or accessed = 365 and Archive all documents not modified or updated = 365 not marked Archive all documents marked as "expired" = 5 and in the Archive database field ist the entry archive/a_xxxxx.nsf These mailfiles archives very well without problems. But the last 20 % have other starting options: only marked Archive all documents not modified or updated = 365 not marked Archive all documents not read or accessed = 0 and Archive all documents marked as "expired" = 0 and in the Archive database field ist the entry only a_xxxxx.nsf On the advanced page, the entries are the same. Now, I change all entries to the following: Basic. marked Archive all documents not read or accessed = 60 and Archive all documents not modified or updated = 60 and Archive all documents marked as "expired" = 5 and in the Archive database field ist the entry archive/a_xxxxx.nsf Advanced: marked Automatically on Server and Log archiving activity to: archive/l_xxxx.nsf and do not delete documents that have responses. The last 20 % change the new settings to the "wrong" default settings. What I have done: change the template, delete the calendar profile and change the template back. Nothing - maximal one day the correct new entries ar available, than the wrong default start settings back and the user couldnīt work with the archive. Can anyone help? Thanks Dirk
