My problem was a packed number in the middle. Seems that x'00' can
determine the end of the field in a result set.

I have the following code:
...
D Parm1 DS Occurs(1)
D Valid 1a
D Exception 7a
D vLogin 380a
* Normally I would define vLogin with a like(login) but the @#$%ing
SQL precompiler
* doesn't support a externally defined data structure as of V5R1.
D Row1 S 1P 0 inz(1)
D WorkDate s d
D login e ds extname(login)
...
C/EXEC SQL
C+ SET RESULT SETS ARRAY :Parm1 FOR :Row1 ROWS
C/END-EXEC
...
But the Domino which calls this is only seeing a subset of vLogin. Is
there a limit on the size of the elements within the result sets array?
