Bob, It's all done through a BRMS control group. Here is a brief explanation of what it does 1. Run the maintenance and generate the report 2. Use HTMSPLF (a freeware utility) to copy the spool file into a very friendly readable HTML format on the IFS 3. Copy the IFS file into a DLO 4. Email the DLO to XXX@yahoo.com Following is the example control group. If you have any other questions let me know. 10 Command . . . . . . . . . . . . strmntbrm 20 Command . . . . . . . . . . . . We use cluster replication for many of our users. We have 7 servers on each system. Backup is to 3590 drives in 3494. We back up around 2 TB/ night. We also save everything else once a month. Matt - How do you send your recovery report offsite. Currently, we print and send off site with our tapes.
