Disclaimer, I have not tried this yet.

However, what you need to do is bind your Notes Server jobs to a specific
IP Address. The format is as follows:




 YourNotesTcpPortNameHere_TcpIpAddress=0,IPaddress:1352 (I understand that
 the port number ":1352" is optional in R5)

 For instance, you would want to bind as follows:






 Add the following lines to your Notes.ini file:
 SMTPNotesPort_TcpIpAddress=0,192.168.1.1:25
 LDAPNotesPort_TcpIpAddress=0,192.168.1.1 (Not sure of LDAP port)
 POPNotesPort_TcpIpAddress=0,192.168.1.1:110




Again, I haven't tried this yet, but this is the format.
