I'll bet you are getting the error when you are trying to specify the Notes
Database and Form ?!

Is your Domino Server IP Address defined in a Host Table entry on your PC ?
And/or  
Do you have a Connection Document on your server that points your server
name to the specific IP address of the Domino Server ?

What Domino is saying is that it basically cannot find itself.   The
connection document should help.      Check out the Release Notes for this
specific issue, and solution.

When I try to define Notes Application in new  RealTime Activity, I can
see message:

No databases were found no the Notes server 'CN=EP2/O=ENERGOPROJEKT'

What's wrong?
