There are pros and cons to both, and I'm finding that one really needs to
consult with a professional tax adviser to understand your individual
situation.
At the simplest level, I *do* know that if you are getting a 1099 and
aren't incorporated, you will be responsible for the self-employment tax,
which essentially doubles your FICA tax.
