My 2 cents.

We should think about setting up a BBS or a news group so that every one who 
wants to, can see all the responses directed to the
group. For the rest of us who are not interested in seeing who is interested in 
a particular job wont have to.

As a general rule if the response contains useful information for rest of the 
group it should be sent to the list. If it is only
going to say "I am interested and have the credentials" please send it directly 
to the person posting the message.
