I agree.  Lemme guess, they'll get some training for that 20+ person too...I 
don't think so.

OK, but what if one has 20 years experience in ops, but no BS degree? Do 
they stand a chance of getting an interview? A lot of the job ads I see 
are looking for someone who walks on water, but the pay is geared for 
someone who swims like a rock.
