 I think that with so many consultants out of work, they will find some takers. 
There are hardly any employee FT AS/400 jobs anyway, and those companies are 
not going to take consultants for their lousy 60K FT when they know the 
consultant will be using the FT spot as a front to find something better. I 
would not be shocked if this thing fills up within a couple of weeks. Hey 
Vinod, keep us posted on your progress
with this. I hear the hash is real cheap in India.

I think that you are going to have a real problem finding anyone in the United 
States (that is worth anything) to even entertain such an offer. This rate is 
Junior (at best!) and after expenses would leave very little.....A more 
appropriate rate would be in the $65 - $80/hr range.

AGREEING FOR THE CONDITION"
