Hi Dave,

This isn't a very detailed description, but this is what I understand based
on information given to me by the help team:
In 5.1.2 CODE no longer uses the same help system (previously it had used
NetQuestion - but it is no longer supported)
The new help system randomizes the port number used which can cause
problems with firewalls (as you experienced).
