Yup - I understand.  I just wanted to relate that if one can't load WDSCi,
one can't use Code in WDSCi.

That's right.  Pentuim II, 450 MHz.  And it runs WDT 5.1 Code/400 very
snappily.  Considering the anemic state of the economy, the company is
rather unwilling to spend $1000+ USD (PC + XP license fee) to enable me to
use a fraction of the capability (we're green screen only) of a slower
running, less functional (jLpex is still behind Code), web-centric
development tool like WDSCi.  And I honestly can't say I can blame the boss
this time.  I'm already using PC based Code/400, so I'm already pretty
productive - and we don't target V5R2 so I don't even notice the fact that
WDT 5.1 Code chokes on V5R2 BIFs.
