You can grab the files from the FTP site at ftp.software.ibm.com  The
directory you want is /as400/products/ad/wdt400/v5r1sp5  for the 'many small
files' version, or  /as400/products/ad/wdt400/v5r1sp5/complete for the 'all
in one' version.  Be advised that installing this is pretty much a do it
yourself gig - IBM doesn't support this stuff anymore and you can't call
them for help, exactly as Hak described..
