STRCODE problems

Can anyone tell me why I can't get STRCODE to work? I tried starting it
up and it keeps giving me the following error in a message window.

EVF4030E - Communication Daemon

Host server with name 'SXXXXXXX' is already active. Restart the host
server using a different name.

 

I'm not sure what to do. SXXXXXXX is the name of the server connection I
created in the communication daemon. I can only use commands in CODE
that don't require user interaction. I've tried shutting down all
servers, but that doesn't seem to do anything. It was working fine when
I left yesterday. 

Anyone have any ideas?
