For CODE, it depends on your Windows user signon and network configuration. I don't know if your network/system administrator can still restrict certain objects to be shared or not. EVF4000 indicates some kind of TCP/IP connection problem. Check first at least if you can ping from/to and to/from iSeries/PC.
