Unfortunately, for 4.0 only, you will need to use the
team support to do migration. This means deciding on
an eclipse1.0-supported repository like the open-source
('free') CVS (cvs.org, and also on the distribution CDs
for your Linux LPAR on iSeries), or PVCS (re-sold by
Softlanding) or Rational clearCase or MKS Implementor
(Aldon's Affinity supports Eclipse 2.0 or higher).

The idea you save all your projects, including the
RemoteSystemsConnections project we create for
the RSE, to the team repository before installing
the new release, the add them back after. For the
RSE, do this using the pulldown menu in the title
bar of the Remote Systems view, and the Team
cascading menu.

In future releases you'll be able to do this via an export
and import to your local file system. However, we do
recommend using these team capabilities anyway so
its a good strategic investment.
