RE: Prompting of CL commands

CL is primarily meant to be used as a way to script several operating system 
commands together.  New OS/400 commands ARE the "enhancements" to CL.  There 
are several 3rd party vendors whose products include new commands for the user 
to access the products' services, more "enhancements". 

I think of CL as a JCL, is there another one coming around the corner for 
OS/400?
