RSE Connection Initial Command

   I tried to run my standard program that sets up my library list,
   etc.  QZRCSRVS fails because several layers down my program does:
   DSPJOBD JOBD(*LIBL/OUTLUJOBD) OUTPUT(*PRINT)
   then it does
   CPYSPLF FILE(QPRTJOBD) TOFILE(QTEMP/TAA132) SPLNBR(*LAST)
   The CPYSPLF fails with CPF3303 "File QPRTJOBD not found in job
   065339/QUSER/QZRCSRVS".
   The spool file ended up in another job.
    
   So it seems that there are restriction on what RSE can run.
